Marketing Strategies

Strategy discussions are filled with metaphors, usually invoking war or sports or both. We'll spare you those.

Whether you call it a strategy, a plan, a definitive course of action to achieve your objective, or whatever... let's be clear: you need it. A great story without a defined place in the broader context of your business is interesting, but not all that useful. So, in parallel with the creation of your story, we're also working through where and how it should be told.

Preparing, building and implementing a strategy for a client is tedious, iterative work. And we'll admit that reading about some other company's strategy is downright boring.

To ease the burden on you, we distill all of our strategies into a document called an Engagement Map. They are block diagrams that describe the relationships between assets, audiences, actions, and expected outcomes. Have a look.

The maps are easier to digest than a long narrative, and they make great computer wallpaper.

See one that looks interesting? Let's talk about it.
